One of Canada's premier outdoor summer basketball tournaments is just over a month away.
The 27th annual Dolphin Classic will once again take place at the Thompson Community Centre, July 27-29.
The four-on-four full court event typically features many of B.C.'s top players and this year should be no exception. There is also expected to be representation from the Seattle area.
For just the second time in the tournament's rich history, last year's championship games and slam dunk/three point contests were moved indoors due to wet weather.
X-Falcons will be returning as two-time defending champions of the men's division.
Admission is free for all three days of action.
