Chan 4th at B.C. junior championships

A pair of Richmond golfers managed to crack the top 10 at last week's B.C Junior Boys Championships at the Birchbank Golf Club in Trail. Curtis Chan finished in fourth place after firing rounds of 71-71-71-70 for a 283 seven under par total.

Curtis Chan finished in fourth place after firing rounds of 71-71-71-70 for a 283 seven under par total. He was nine shots back of winner and defending champion Adam Svensson of Surrey.

Next up for Chan is the Canadian Junior Boys Championships at Morgan Creek in South Surrey and playing for Team B.C. at the Western Canada Games in Kamloops.

Also turning in an impressive showing in Trail was Chris Crisologo who finished in ninth place at two over par after rounds 74-72-71-73. Both Chan and Crisologo play out of Marine Drive.
