Richmond police requesting help in identifying possible suspect of car theft

The RCMP have asked for the publics help in tracking down a car thief after a vehicle was stolen from the River Rock Casino. The suspect was seen near a Honda Accord around the time it was stolen from the parkade at the casino on July 25.
