Richmond Taxi expands fleet to dismay of other cabbies
Controversy abounds in the local taxi industry. Richmond Taxi will expand its vehicle fleet by 10 conventional taxis and five wheelchair accessible taxis bringing its fleet total to 77 total vehicles.
