Former Richmond MLA, Jim Nielsen, dies at 79
Former Richmond MLA and B.C.’s first environment minister, Jim Nielsen, has died. Reports say Nielsen died on Wednesday morning in New Westminster’s Royal Columbian Hospital. He was aged 79.
