Update: Power has been restored to all customers in Richmond.
Over 2,000 BC Hydro customers are without power in Richmond Monday afternoon.
Power is out south of Marine Way, north of Blundell Road, east of No. 6 Road and west of Boundary Road -- affecting 2,298 customers.
The power went out around 1:37 p.m. and crews are at the site investigating the cause of the outage.
