There were two traffic hotspots on the go in Richmond this morning and both have been cleared.
They included a crash on the Arthur Laing Bridge northbound before mid-span in the right lane and on the Knight Street Bridge, where there was a stalled truck northbound before mid-span, also in the right lane.
