Motorists are reminded to plan extra travel time if they are heading into Richmond through the George Massey Tunnel on Wednesday afternoon.
According to DriveBC, northbound Highway 99 traffic through the tunnel is experiencing major delays due to the counter flow lanes.
Northbound Highway 99 traffic is currently backed up to Highway 17A.
