It's slow-going for commuters heading into Richmond via the Massey Tunnel Thursday morning.
As of about 7:40 a.m., there is congestion along Highway 99 northbound from around Highway 17A.
It's also busy over at the Alex Fraser Bridge northbound from before 72nd Ave in Delta and over the bridge deck.
Drivers heading out of Richmond via the Oak Street Bridge are also facing traffic, from about Westminster Highway.
