A missing 16-year-old girl who landed at YVR last week from China has been found safe and well in Vancouver.
Miki Xia, who lives in Calgary but was visiting family in China, was reported missing after being last seen on Sept. 20 by family members in China as she was boarding a flight to Calgary.
Investigators were able to determine that Xia landed in Vancouver and was believed to be in the company of her boyfriend, Jack Zhao, from Vancouver, who has also been reported as missing.
Richmond RCMP announced on Tuesday that Xia was found safe and well in Vancouver after contacting family members in China on Monday night.
