Would-be knights on horseback took part in Academie Duello's School of Modern Swordplay and mounted combat program, called Cavaliere Sunday at Red Colt Equestrian Farm Co-op in Steveston. The event, marking the school's 10th anniversary, had students try their hand at swinging a sword from a stationary position on a 'wooden mount' and then on the real thing as they were led around the arena.
