A train has stopped in east Richmond on Thursday morning, blocking traffic on Westminster Highway.
There are reports that the train has stopped on the tracks at around 8:30 a.m., blocking traffic on Westminster Highway between No. 9 Road and McMillan Way.
Traffic is starting to back up heavily on both directions and drivers are advised to use an alternative route if possible.
