An earlier stalled car has since been cleared from Highway 91 in Richmond on Wednesday morning.
The stalled vehicle had the left westbound lane of Highway 91 blocked at No. 7 Road, according to DriveBC.
A tow truck was called to the scene and at the time westbound traffic was backed up to Graybar Road.
