Richmond RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance in the investigation of five suspicious fires at the Sea Blue Spa, 4640 No. 3 Road, in central Richmond.
The fires are believed to be targeted arsons, with the first occurring in March of 2014 and the most recent on Jan. 9 of this year.
All the fires happened at a time when the business was closed. The last fire caused some major structural damage.
Of prime concern is the danger to local businesses and the safety of the public in general. Police are following several possible leads but are not releasing any further details at this time.
