Snow has crept into Richmond's weather forecast for Saturday night

Snow has entered the weather forecast next weekend for Richmond and across the Lower Mainland.

Environment Canada is predicting a 60 per cent chance of snow flurries on Saturday night into Sunday morning.

A similar outlook – chances of rain or snow – is also in the extended forecast for next Monday through Wednesday.

As for the next few days, Monday will see a mix of sun and cloud with a high of 8C and an overnight low of 1.

Rain showers on Tuesday will make way for a cloudy, but dry Wednesday before the mercury begins to slide below freezing Thursday and Friday.
