Richmond athletes from Kajaks Track and Field Club competed at the provincials in Kamloops last weekend and came home with a haul of medals.
The BC Athletics Provincial Championship Jamboree for ages 16 and up is also selection trials for the BC/Yukon Legion team, with selected athletes competing in the Canadian Youth Legion Track and Field Championships in August at Sherbrooke, QC.
There was plenty of blue and orange on the podium across all age groups, with 22 Kajaks athletes bringing home 32 medals and a plethora of personal-bests.
