Richmond traffic: Stall in the tunnel cleared, but still backed up

The stall in the southbound right lane in the Massey Tunnel has been cleared, but DriveBC say traffic is still heavily backed up as a result. DriveBC reported around 10:25 a.m. that the right lane was blocked and to expect delays.
