Motorists should give themselves extra travel time as a crash and a stalled semi on Highway 91 westbound has traffic backed up on Tuesday morning.
According to a Twitter post, the crash is before Knight St. and the stalled semi-truck is right before No. 7 Road.
Westbound traffic is currently backed up past Westminster Highway and spilling onto the Highway 91 on-ramp from Highway 91A.
Meanwhile, the Massey Tunnel counter flow is in effect to accommodate heavy traffic this morning.
One southbound and three northbound lanes are open.
Drivers are asked to drive with care and to expect delays.
