The Richmond RCMP is seeking the public's help in identifying the male in the photograph.
The man had allegedly broken into a locked cooler outside a business in the 4000 block of No. 3 Road at approximately 4:23 a.m. on April 23, 2022 and stole over $200 worth of beverages, according to the RCMP.
