Richmond RCMP needs the publics help in finding a stolen kayak that has tremendous sentimental value to the owner.
The kayak was stolen from a garage in the 17000 block of Westminster Highway, between April 21 and 23. It is described as a 17.5-foot Necky Loolshaw kayak. It has a red top and a white bottom with the word Necky on one side.
It also has several patches and a very distinct white-tipped nose.
