Update: Missing Richmond youth found 'safe'

A youth reported missing on Thursday has been located '"safe," according Richmond RCMP. 

The RCMP asked for the public's Thursday morning help to find Cadeo Bello, 18.  

Police said they were grateful to the public on helping locate Bello.
