Charles Wade Ashton has been found safe and sound, said Richmond RCMP.
Ashton, 35, was reported missing on Friday, Aug. 25.
"Richmond RCMP thanks the media and public for their assistance," said Cpl. Adrianna O'Malley, Richmond RCMP spokesperson.
Ashton is described as five feet, nine inches tall, 165 pounds, with a slim build and blond hair and blue eyes.
He was believed to be wearing shorts and a T-shirt and often rides a black scooter.
He goes by his the name Wade and walks with a limp.
Ashton was not familiar with Richmond, police said, and they were concerned for his health and well-being.
