Richmond organization hosts leadership workshop for non-profit leaders

Adrienne Castellon is the associate dean of Trinity Western University and will be leading a workshop organized by Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives.

A Richmond organization is hosting a virtual workshop to help non-profit leaders during COVID-19.

Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives (RCRG) is partnering with Adrienne Castellon, associate dean of Trinity Western University, to provide leaders guidance in helping their organizations work around the pandemic.

Castellon’s area of expertise revolves around educational leadership and has been a teacher, principal, education consultant and university instructor in her career.

Her workshop will include research-based experiences and behaviours for non-profit leaders, as well as providing various practices leaders can implement in their organizations.

Castellon has presented at conferences internationally including in England, India and the United Kingdom, and she previously served on the board of the Langley Childhood Development Society.

The online session will take place on April 20 from 10 to 11 a.m. with registration to close on April 17.

The workshop is free for RCRG members and $10 for non-members.
