Cloudy skies with a 30 per cent chance of showers is in the forecast for early morning. However, skies are expected to clear in the afternoon with winds gusting up to 50 km/h.
In the evening, a few clouds are expected to return.
Temperatures are expected to hit a high of 13C and a low of 9C in Richmond City Centre, according to Weatherhood.
