Commuters should expect lingering traffic after a minor accident on Highway 99 this afternoon.
A small accident in the southbound left lane of Highway 99 is cleared, but traffic can be seen moving slowly from Highway 91.
Traffic is also seen on Knight Street Bridge heading northbound, which is backed up to Cambie Road.
Northbound on Russ Baker Way is seeing high volumes from Gilbert Road to the Arthur Laing Bridge on-ramp.
