Poll result: Almost half of Richmond News readers cutting back on holiday spending

With inflation sitting at record-breaking levels, the Richmond News asked our readers about their spending plans for the upcoming holidays.

Richmond News polled 289 Richmond News readers and asked the question: What are your spending plans for the holidays?

The poll ran from 11/7/2022 to 11/14/2022. Of the 289 votes, we can determine that 93 are from within the community. The full results are as follows:

Full steam ahead, I've already started buying 10.75 % local, 11.42 % total
