There was a police incident on Highway 99 northbound in Richmond, just after the Steveston Highway overpass.
Four RCMP vehicles and a tow truck could be seen at the incident.
However, according to DriveBC, the incident has now been cleared from the bus lane.
Traffic was backing up to the Massey Tunnel as a result, but is starting to clear up.
