Murder investigators have been called in to probe the disappearance of a Richmond man who's been missing for more than two weeks.
Police believe Kiem Cuong Yip, 45, has been the victim of foul play and are appealing to the public for help in the case.
Yip, who goes by the name Steven, was last heard from on April 20, when he spoke with a family member on the phone.
Yip has no criminal record and is not known to police.
He was driving a grey 2003 Toyota Corolla at the time of his disappearance.
