Dear Editor,
If I had one wish, it would be that the crew that worked on the Coquilhalla Highway recently to get it back up and running for the public, would come to Richmond and work on the road construction that’s been ongoing on No. 4 Road for months, taking it down to one lane.
And by the looks of things, it’s going to be many months ahead before it’s complete.
Half the time you drive by and there are no workers in sight. Typical Richmond road construction.
