Drivers travelling from Richmond to Delta this morning should expect a delay.
There is a long lineup on Highway 99 southbound near the George Massey Tunnel caused by a lane closure. One of the two lanes has been closed, causing a delay in traffic.
Cars turning right to access Steveston Highway are not impacted.
The lane closure appears to be caused by construction.
