As well, Environment Canada has issued the following BC Highway alerts:

-Sea to Sky - West Vancouver Upper Levels to Squamish

-Coquihalla Highway - Hope to Merritt

-Highway 3 - Hope to Princeton via Allison Pass

-Okanagan Connector - Merritt to Kelowna

Eleven out of the next 14 days will be rainy in Richmond, according to The Weather Network forecast.

Besides the poor weather conditions ahead, “the peak (flu) time will be in the next few weeks,” said Tiffany Akins of the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority. She recommends public to get the flu shot.
