Drivers are facing major delays on Highway 99 northbound Tuesday morning -- and are being asked to seek an alternate route.
Highway 99 northbound is closed between Blundell Road and the Westminster Highway exit, according to Drive BC. Traffic is being rerouted onto Westminster Highway.
There's also a crash along Highway 99 northbound, just past Steveston Highway. This has closed the northbound lanes, according to Drive BC. Crews are on scene, but drivers are being asked to seek an alternate route.
As of about 7:50 a.m., northbound traffic along Highway 99 is snarled from about Steveston Highway.
