One family pulled out the big wheels to help deliver the Richmond News.

Despite 25 centimetres of snow on the ground Thursday morning, the dedicated Richmond News delivery team was doing their best to get the newspapers to Richmondites' doorsteps.

News delivery girl Violet Ridley - whose route is near McKinney elementary - got the family involved to make sure her papers were delivered.

Dad Jerod, brother Wade and the family truck were what were needed on this snowy day.

Some copies of the paper – the last one of 2021 with Year in Review coverage - were already delayed because of the snow.

One driver couldn't get off the North Shore, but News' distribution staff estimates 60 to 70 per cent of the paper will be delivered Thursday.
