A fire on Westminster Highway in Richmond is causing traffic delays on Sunday morning.
The fire on Westminster Highway and Shell Road is affecting traffic in all directions, according to a Twitter post.
Richmond Fire-Rescue and RCMP are on scene.
Traffic on westbound Westminster Highway is backed up to the Richmond Nature Park while eastbound Westminster Highway has traffic slowing building up.
