A vehicle incident on Highway 99 northbound is causing delays for commuters heading out of Richmond via the Oak Street Bridge Tuesday morning.
According to Drive BC, the vehicle incident occurred near Shell Road and has both lanes blocked.
Traffic is getting by on the left shoulder.
Drivers should expect delays.
As of about 9:10 a.m., traffic is backed up along Highway 99 to about Westminster Highway.
