A vehicle incident on Highway 91 before the Highway 99 on/off ramp is causing delays for commuters in Richmond Wednesday morning.
The crash is westbound on Highway 91, between Jacombs Road and No. 5 Road, and has the right lane closed, according to Drive BC.
Crews are on scene, but drivers should expect delays in the area.
As of about 8:10 a.m., traffic is congested from around No. 6 Road.
