Commuters leaving Richmond can expect traffic and delays due to a stalled vehicle on Highway 91.

While the incident is now cleared, a stalled car with a broken axel had been blocking traffic in the eastbound left lane of Highway 91 right before the Nelson exit.

Traffic is backed up to No. 5 Road with on-ramps from Knight St. and Highway 99 still affected.

Highway 99 southbound is seeing more volume as drivers diverted away from the congestion making their way towards the Massey Tunnel.

Eastbound Westminster Highway is also seeing high volumes from No. 6 to Nelson roads.
