More than 2,700 BC Hydro customers near the Seafair neighbourhood were without power since 5 a.m.
The power was restored at 10:40 a.m.
The outage affects the area north of Earlmond Avenue, south of Granville Avenue and west of Railway Avenue.
According to BC Hydro, the outage was caused by equipment failure.
