There is a couple of incidents on Russ Baker Way in Richmond that is affecting Monday morning traffic.

Firstly, there was a crash northbound on Russ Baker near Miller Road, causing traffic to be down to one lane going towards the Arthur Laing Bridge.

And shortly afterwards, at around 11 a.m., there was a stalled SUV westbound on Russ Baker Way at Templeton, blocking the middle lane.

Drivers are being advised to use an alternative route or allow more time for the journey.
