Update 9:05 a.m.: The westbound crash on the East-West Connector has been cleared but drivers are still warned to expect delays due to congestion, according to Drive BC.
The crash occurred at the No. 9 Road overpass and blocked the left lane, and partially blocked the right lane.

Drivers should expect delays along the East-West Connector into Richmond on Thursday morning.
A westbound vehicle incident at the No. 9 Road overpass is blocking the left lane and partially blocking the right lane, according to Drive BC.
Crews are on scene, but drivers should expect delays due to congestion.
Traffic is currently backed up over the Alex Fraser Bridge s of about 8:20 a.m.
The Massey Tunnel is an alternate route.
