Motorists travelling from Richmond into Vancouver should expect delays during Tuesday afternoon's rush hour.
A vehicle incident on the northbound side of the Oak Street Bridge has the right lane blocked.
Northbound Highway 99 traffic is backed up past and onto Highway 91 westbound.
DriveBC is asking drivers to watch for emergency crews.
