There is a crash near the Massey Tunnel in Richmond which has northbound traffic backed up on Highway 99 all the way to Highway 17 in Delta.
The crash happened at around 8 a.m. in the northbound lane just north of Steveston Highway.
Crews are making their way to the scene but drivers should expect longer than normal delays for the time being.
