Motorists should expect delays entering Richmond on Friday afternoon.
A crash is blocking westbound lanes on Alderbridge Way at McClelland Road, near the entrance to the Walmart shopping centre.
Westbound traffic is backed up past No. 4 Road. There is no left turn into the plaza from eastbound Alderbridge Way.
Emergency crews are on the scene.
