Cops hunt convict believed to be in Richmond

Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in tracking down a 33 year old manslaughter convict wanted on a Canada-wide warrant. Robert James Williams is currently unlawfully at large and is believed to be in the Richmond area.

Richmond RCMP is asking the public for help in tracking down a 33 year old manslaughter convict wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Robert James Williams is currently unlawfully at large and is believed to be in the Richmond area. Williams is serving an eight-year sentence for manslaughter and has a lengthy criminal record consisting of violent offences. Williams should not be approached if seen.

He is Caucasian, 57 tall, 190 pounds with brown hair (balding) and green eyes.

Williams has tattoos on his neck and both forearms and was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans, black shoes and was carrying two black bags.
