An earlier collision at Richmond City Centre has been cleared.

The accident occurred at the intersection of Westminster Highway and No. 3 Road and had southbound traffic backed up to Firbridge Way on No. 3 Road and eastbound traffic backed up to Minoru Boulevard on Westminster Highway.
