An earlier vehicle before the Massey Tunnel has since been cleared.
Motorists taking the Massey Tunnel on Wednesday afternoon were asked to expect delays.
The incident was causing traffic delays on Highway 99 southbound with traffic is backed up to Blundell Road and onto Steveston Highway.
