The City of Richmond is holding two open houses to get public feedback on the redesign of Lang Park, a small urban park at the corner of Saba Road and Buswell Street and adjacent to the Richmond Public Market and Lang Centre.

The park includes a water feature, plaza, public art, benches and cherry trees.

The community is invited to attend one of two drop-in style open houses and provide comments on what they like and don’t like about Lang Park and what they would like to see in the park in the future.

The open houses are scheduled for: Saturday, Feb. 22 at Lang Park, 8211 Saba Rd. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesday, Feb. 26, at the Lang Centre, 8279 Saba Rd. from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

City staff will be available to discuss the project and information boards will be on display. Feedback forms will be available to record comments.
