Chamber of Commerce elects new board

More than 100 business leaders representing the Richmond Chamber of Commerce (RCC) gathered at the Sheraton Vancouver Airport Hotel last Thursday (June 21) for the Annual General Meeting and to elect a new Board of Directors.

Guest speaker Anne Callaghan, U.S. consul general, provided an overview of the U.S.-Canada Beyond the Border action plan, while recent RCC chair Lisa Wong presented a summary of the chamber's accomplishments, from a new communication strategy to strengthening business connections to China.
