"He wanted me to come to Budget with experience behind me . he was actually harder on me than the other employees," adds Lynds.
"I started at the bottom and worked my way up."
Meanwhile, Lynds also credits the dealership's team of professional employees, many of whom have been with the company for more than two decades, for its continued success.
"We have just over 30 employees and six of them have been with us more than 20 years," says Lynds.
