The body of a missing man from February was found last Thursday.
Richmond RCMP confirmed that the body belongs to 56-year-old Edmund Kovlaske.
Kovlaske was last seen on Feb. 20 and was reported missing on Feb. 25.
“Although a full determination has yet to be made, RCMP do not believe that criminality was involved in the man’s unexpected death,” said the Richmond RCMP in an email statement.
Police said the BC Coroners Service has been called and is investigating the man’s death.
However, the RCMP, added that “no further information will be provided at this time.”
